This second floor apartment has views of the harbour and it is in an ideal position for access to the many top quality restaurants, bars and cafes in the port.
The apartment has central heating and is air conditioned, it also has a private, underground parking space.
The accommodation comprises a good size lounge and dining area with 3 seater and 2 seater settees, a modern dining table and chairs for 4 people and matching modern coffee table and sideboard. There is a flat screen TV with Sky television (Free channels) and a combination DVD and CD player.
Full width glass doors open onto the terrace area with views of the port and surrounding hills, the terrace also overlooks the pool terrace. Terrace furniture consists of a modern table and chairs. The apartment has 4 sun loungers for use around the pool.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. There is a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob and microwave oven. The utility room, off the kitchen contains a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.
There are two modern bathrooms, both fully tiled in marble and equipped with shower, hand basin and toilet. One bathroom also has a bath and bidet. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin. There is a small dressing area between the bedrooms with plenty of fitted wardrobe space. Both bedrooms are light and airy with large external glass doors.

Port Andratx is a luxury resort in the southwest corner of Mallorca. It is set in a beautiful natural bay with a backdrop of rugged mountains and is considered to be one of the most exclusive resorts in the Mediterranean. There is a fishing fleet based in the harbour plus a fine marina. A perfect centre for water sports. Scuba-divers will marvel at the wonders of the sea. The sea is exceptionally clean and clear, giving long distances of vision.
This location is also a fine choice for golfers. There is an 18 hole golf course and driving range within 5 minutes drive. There are a further 5 courses within 20 minutes drive offering challenges for all levels of players.
The mountains offers great walks for the hikes and for the more energetic mountain biking/climbing. There are also lovely beaches for those who wish to totally chill and catch the sun, Camp de Mar and St Elm recommended beaches within 5/10 minutes drive. The Capital Palma is also just 20 minutes away.
