The Apartment:
The apartment is located on the ground floor and has spectacular uninterupted views to the sea and hillside. This luxurious setting and high quality development will offer both tranquillity for those who just want to relax, but also perfect location for those who want to sample the best nightlife and golf courses in Spain. This setting is probably one of the most exclusive in the area with only 36 apartments in the complex. Each apartment has been designed in a modern contemporary style, with a large living area.
There are two extremely comfortable and stylish settees, One of which converts to a double sofa bed,from which you can watch the large flat screen TV, satelite and DVD player. There is also a playstation set up in the apartment, a CD player and MP3/Ipod loudspeakers.
In the open plan dining area there is a modern extendible dining table with 6 chairs. The kitchen is open plan with high quality Siemens appliances including dishwasher, washer dryer, large fridge freezer etc. The kitchen has all the items you would need to cook any meal or simply have a glass of champagne and enjoy the fantastic views.
The bedrooms have extremely comfortable beds and all bed linen is provided, there is ample wardrobe space in each bedroom. There are two bathrooms with Grohe accessories, power showers and jacuzzi bath.

The 'Golf Valley' offers some of the finest course and clubs you will ever experience. Ocean Pines is nestled amongst several world class golf courses, Los Aqueros, La Quinta and Los Naranjas. Los Aqueros is a 4 minute drive from the from the apartment.
The apartment is less than 10 minutes drive from the famous Puerto Banus marina where you can sit in one of the many restaurants and admire the luxury yachts, maybe even spot a few celebrities or sample the dazzling nightlife and designer shops. A 5min drive takes you to San Pedro a very Spanish town with lovely beaches, promenades and a busy, bustling town centre. The famous gastronomic town of Benahavis is 10 mins drive from the apartment, the village has an enormous number of fantastic bars and restaurants.
A 15 minute drive takes you to the cosmopolitan Marbella with its quaint old town, picturesque Orange Square and plenty of designer shops for you to browse! 10 km along the Ronda road is the turning for Sierra De Las Nieves � Reserva de la Biosfera � an unspoilt protected nature reserve for walkers and bird lovers. The historic town of Ronda is a 45min drive away with its breathtaking gorges. The duty free haven of Gibraltar is a 60min drive away. The port of Tangier allows for easy ferry access to the coast of Africa and Morrocco. In the apartment there are details of water parks, fishing trips, shopping centres, safari parks, amusement parks, climbing centres etc etc. It would be impossible to be bored in this part of Spain.

There is a Meet and Greet service in place and full directions will be forwarded by our English speaking agent. A welcome pack & additional maid service can be arranged if required at an additional cost. A Security deposit of £150 is required, this is fully refundable if there are no breakages or thefts, the apartment is left in the condition it was found, and the keys safely returned.
