Villa Floresta is a lovely 3 bedroomed cottage styled villa with own private pool, stunning gardens with 2 full bathrooms. FLORESTA is situated amongst wonderful pine woodlands, only minutes from beach and wonderful Vale do Lobo and Quinta da Largo golf courses. A peaceful and tranquil location. However the villa is not isolated but one of three lovely villas - all owned by family members of the ex Prime Minister of Portugal.
It has a small living room with sofas/chairs, coffee table, satellite TV and DVD with dining room for 8 to the side. Door to pool, terrace and gardens.
The kitchen is not big but is fully equipped with very large fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave and electric items such as toaster, coffee machine. Outside there is a laundry room with washing machine, rotary dryer , ironing board, iron etc.
There are 2 twin bedded rooms and 1 double bedroom, two have doors that open on to the garden and pool area. There is a portable bed and a sturdy cot available on request allowing occupancy up to 7. High chair also provided.
The pool is quite lovely, fully equipped with shower, tables chairs etc. There is a large covered area outside offering deep shade for hotter months where you can also sit and BBQ and enjoy al fresco dining. A huge grassed garden surrounds the villa which is very safe for children and there is a large parking area at the front of the villa.
Price includes: All linen/towels and villa cleaning. We even provide beach/pool towels so no need to bring your own.
Services of English speaking manager who will meet you on arrival, show you around the villa and remain on call throughout your holiday should you require them.
Small free food/drinks pack on arrival.

Rental Notes: We require 25% to secure a booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to holiday starting. We also take a breakage deposit of £200 which will be returned to you after checking no breakages/losses have occurred and all keys have been returned.
