The spacious farmhouse dates back to 1840 and has been extensively modernised over the years. The front door opens into a large reception hall which has views to the courtyard. Opening from the hall is the Drawing room. This is a large lovely proportioned room with French doors and windows looking onto the garden. Extensive views are enjoyed from this room which has a large open fireplace, with exposed stone chimney.
The kitchen is designed in maple and is fully fitted with Belfast sinks, dishwasher, microwave, larder fridge, separate freezer, electric hob and oil fired Aga. In the centre of the room is a 10ft Oak dining table.
From the kitchen you can walk through to the large boot room, with boiler, washing machine, spare z beds and cot for extra children, and plenty of space for hanging coats and storing muddy wellies, and there is direct access to the courtyard via the back door.
Also on the ground floor is one twin bedroom with en-suite shower room.
On the first floor are three king size double en-suite bedrooms all with glorious views: Each room is spacious enough to add extra z beds for children.

The Exmoor pony has lived on the moor longer than people have, and roams freely throughout the moor giving birth to foals in the spring and early summer. The deep wooded combes provide shelter for the herds of red deer and the Exmoor coastline has the highest cliffs on the British mainland
