The villa, which comes highly recommended, is on two levels. On the ground floor there is a spacious exquisitely furnished lounge adjoining an open plan dining area and kitchen, and one ensuite bedroom - all leading to an extensive naya and the private pool area. On the first floor there is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. Two of these upstairs bedrooms (including the master) lead onto an upper sun terrace. All this is complemented by the inviting 10 X 5m pool (with steps into the shallow end), an open naya on the front of the villa, extensive terracing with sun loungers and a summer house/barbeque. The flat garden, which is completely fenced, is planted with olive and fruit trees.

Local activities in and around Javea, Costa Blanca - Alicante
The charming town of Javea (or Xabia in Valenciano) lies between the Capes of San Antonio and La Nao, on the northern section of the Costa Blanca, bathed by the Mediterranean Sea, and is sheltered from the continental winds by Mount Montgó.It is no wonder that the World Health Organization once selected Javea as having a near-perfect climate for longevity! With it's mild year-round temperatures, varying landscapes - from sandy coastlines to rugged mountain areas - and extensive tourist facilities, Javea has still managed to preserve all the charm of an ancient fishing village, and is truly the jewel in the crown of Spain's coastal communities.
The tourist office offers free guided walks of the area in English and Spanish during the summer. Also in summer, pleasure boats sail between Cabo San Antonio and Denia up to 3 times a day. Accompanied horse rides and lessons are available at the Centro Hipico Javea. There are a number of activities for children in the Benidorm area which include Mundomar Marine Park, Aqualandia Water Park and Terra Mitica 'historical' theme park. El Vergel safari park is 20 minutes north (near Denia) and also in the area are a number of go-karting tracks. Javea has one of the most attractive seaports along the Mediterranean, due both to its location and to its unsurpassed fishing and sports installations. The modern Yacht Club at the sports marina has nearly 300 berths and facilities for all types of water sports, sailing, fishing, scuba diving, water skiing, windsurfing etc
