Our stunning recently completed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom air-conditioned apartment is located in the up market Oasis Parque development – a recently completed purpose built community of privately owned villas and apartments with first class leisure facilities, which include a new heated indoor pool complex with jacuzzi, outdoor pool with childrens pool, outdoor tennis courts and a large childrens play area all reserved exclusively for residents. This makes it an ideal destination for a family holiday in the Algrave.There is an on site bar and restaurant at the pool complex.
Oasis Parque is situated on the western outskirts of Portimao and just a few minutes drive from the gorgeous beaches of Praia da Rocha and Alvor. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a 3 storey building and has the benefit of a fully contained exclusive sunny aspect garden, ideal for dining or for children playing. The apartment is finished to an exceptionally high standard and includes an LCD TV, DVD player, stereo and satellite TV.
The kitchen has gas hob, electric oven, microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer. The apartment also has the benefit of being fully air conditioned (and heated in the winter should this be a requirement). A baby cot can be provided if required at a small surcharge.
There are 2 double sized bedrooms, both with 2 single beds, one with an en suite bathroom. There is also a double sofa bed situated in the living area. There is a full size walk in shower in the family bathroom.
There is a dining table and 4 chairs in the living area, there is an additional 2 chairs, 2 stools and small table in the kitchen and a set of 4 chairs and patio table available for dining outside. There is a south westerly facing fully self contained exclusive garden which is ideal for outside dining and is a safe play area for children
There is an exclusive parking space outside the apartment. We would recommend renting a car as the development is approximately 5 minutes drive from the beach and nearest town.

Local activities in and around Alvor, Western Algarve
The stunning beaches of Alvor and Portimao are minutes drive away. There are a small number of Portuguese bars/ restaurants and a large supermarket within a 5 minute stroll. Portimao is one of the major towns in the Algarve and can be reached by car or taxi in 5 minutes. The resorts are typically Portuguese and mainly serve the local community with an array of shops, restaurants and a new marina.
Alvor is a picturesque fishing village with narrow cobbled streets full of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and budgets.
If you are a golfer, there is a championship level course and 11 other golf courses within 20 minutes drive. This makes our apartment and ideal location to base yourself for a golfing holiday in the Algarve.
There are plenty of villages and beaches to explore in the area. If you are feeling slightly more adventurous then Lisbon is only a 2 hour drive.

25% Deposit Required to secure booking. Balance payable 8 weeks before departure
A small security deposit is required and will be refunded subject to inspection prior to departure at the end of the booking.
Should you wish to stay for longer duration (3 weeks +) a more competitive rate can be negotiated.
Towels and linen are provided and get changed once a week. A supplemental charge for any additional towels and linen changes will be applied.
