  Situated in the quiet village of Sandilands this is an idyllic location for a get away type of holiday. The larger village of Sutton on Sea is within walking distance and provides good old fashioned hospitality.

Upstairs the accommodation comprises a main twin bedded room, second bedroom with 3 beds, third single bedroom, bathroom with shower and a separate ltoilet.

The attractive lounge has an open fireplace, large refractory table, TV and video. There is a ground floor double bedroom with washbasin and a seperate loo.The kitchen and pantry are well equipped. There is also a small glass fronted porch.

Sandilands is an idyllic place for a holiday whether you want to lie on the beach, play golf on one of the many excellent courses in the area or just explore the Wolds and the Fens. Sutton on Sea is a mile walk along the promenade with the best fish and chips for miles around! There are a range of excellent small shops that provide everything you could want. There is also a childrens playground, multi purpose activity area and paddling pool.

Mablethorpe and Skegness have good cinemas and live entertainment throughout the summer season. There are a variety of restaurants, pubs and hotels in Sutton on Sea as well as take away outlets. The Grange and Links in Sandilands does reasonably priced bar meals and has an excellent restaurant.

Meals are also available at the golf club. Other local golf clubs include Woodhall Spa, Kenwick Park, Skegness North Shore, Louth and Woodthorpe.
The market town of Louth is 30 minutes drive away.

Louth has a thriving market on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday as well as a farmers market once a month. The county town of Lincoln is with easy reach with its magnificant cathedral and high quality shops and pubs.
         
         
Located just off the A52 Skegness to Mablethorpe road. Turn into the village of Sandilands. 2nd turning on the left. "Private road" The house is on the right.

All rentals are from 2pm on a Saturday until 10am on a Saturday. Weekend rentals when available are at half the weekly rate.

Gas and electricity is included in the rental price. The rental is for 8 people any additional persons are charged at £45 per person

Pillows, blankets, eiderdowns and duvets are provided. Sheets, pillowcases duvetcovers and towels are not. These can be hired at £6.00 per bed per week.
