Open plan kitchen and dining area, Paved outside patio terrace with dining table and tropical plants. BBQ perfect for summer dining. Second bedroom has views towards St Nicholas church. Sleeps up to 6 persons w/ sofa bed.
Sitting Room: Sofa bed, window seat and 2 armchairs in the living room with open plan stairs from the front door. The bay window with velvet roman blinds looks out onto the front garden. The cottage is very private and not overlooked and has a very relaxing ambience.
Dining Area: Glass dining table to seat up to 6 guests. Open plan arrangement.
Kitchen: The kitchen has bosch diswasher, Neff oven and hob. Fridge and freezer. Units are gray with silver handles complementing the dining area.
Master Bedroom: Master bedroom has romantic cast iron bed with fresh crisp linen and soft towels. A large bay window has views over the terrace towards Brighton. Quite and relaxing.
Second Bedroom: Second bedroom with double bed with padded contemporary head board. Wardrobe for hanging space with full length mirror. View towards St Nicholas church.
Bathroom: Compact bathroom has continental style bath and shower. White bathroom suite with chrome accessories.
Terrace: Outside area has large palm tree and tropical plants. Dining table with chairs and parasol.
