This property is located in a brand new holiday resort directly on the beautiful "blue flag" Black Sea beaches. There really is something for everybody here. Whether you are looking for a relaxing or a lively holiday; water sports of all kinds are available, and on site there are separate adult and children’s swimming pools, a children’s water skate, a tennis court, a Jacuzzi pool, a children’s playground, a garden restaurant by the pool which also has a bar, a supermarket, and a guarded parking lot. The friendly and hospitable locals can enhance your experience.
The flat itself is a studio which can sleep 2 adults very comfortably, with either two single beds or one large double. It is otherwise fully equipped with exclusive and brnad new model furnishings, with air conditioning and heat. It is wheelchair accessible. There is satellite TV, a DVD player, and Internet access.
As an additional benefit, with the relatively very low cost of living its unbelievable how far your money goes here, a 3 course meal will only set you back £4 or £5 and a pint of beer is only about 40p! There are plenty of bars and nightclubs, beautiful restaurants, and market stalls are all a stone's throw from the flat in this active seaside town. There’s no need for taxis because it’s all within walking distance, Historic Nessebar is only 15mins walk away, and with its unique cobbled roads and markets, it’s a medieval gem! This area also averages 1700 hours of sun a year.
