Casa de Sueños is situated in the beautiful Aguilas Del Tiede area, overlooking spectacular views of the coastline of Playa de Las Americas, Los Cristianos and Costa Adeje. It is contemporary and open-plan, if you want a luxury villa fully air Conditioned, three large double bedrooms equipped with fitted wardrobes, all have a large en-suit bathroom. Two of the double bedrooms have their own private balcony with spectacular views. This is what you pay the extra for with all your holiday needs taken care of, stress free, and linen change provided.
You are just far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to reach it if desired. There is a regular taxi service for around five euros if you don’t fancy driving.
There are wooden floors throughout the living room and sleeping areas, plus three beautifully tiled en-suite bathrooms and downstairs toilet. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen and utility room including dish washer, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine.
Sky TV & channels BBC 1, BBC 2,ITV,Ch 4,Ch 5, sports Channels 1 & 2 showing live soccor, DVD and CD player. The garden supports a generous sized heated pool with water feature, jet stream and jacuzzi which welcomes the sun all-day. A newly tiled patio, sun-lounge area also a lush looking green grass area. There is a solarium with pergola incorporating a barbeque, displaying spectacular views.
All bedrooms are en-suite, air-conditioned, bedside cabinets, with tiffany lamps, fitted wardrobes, drawer dressing unit with stool and mirror. Furnished in light oak. All bathrooms have showers with screens, toilet, bidet a large dressing section with large mirror, and overhead lighting. Two of the three bathrooms boast a ceiling domed area for natural light.
The dining furniture is a rustic, dark mahogany brown oak with matching contemporary high-backed leather chairs. A heat protective cover is supplied and must be used at all times. The new kitchen with seperate utility room contains a glass dining table with black leather chairs. The amount of times you would like your towels and linen changed also the villa cleaned is negotiable, with some extra charge for maid service. The heated pool is equipped with a jet stream for those wishing to burn off the extra holiday pounds, it also gives the Jacuzzi effect for those who don’t. Fully tiled pool area and patio with palms and colourful flowers.
The stair case to the solarium is open plan; the view from the solarium is spectacular and boasts comfortable sun loungers with family sized barbeque.
Local supermarkets only a 5 min drive away in La Camella and Cabo Blanco an information folder has been compiled and is on display in our villa.

Terrestrial TV, Satellite TV, DVD, Radio, CD System. There is lots of entertainment to be found in Tenerife to suit all preferences and age groups. My husband and I have been visiting the Island for 15yrs and will be pleased to assist you in any way.

The stair case to the top floor solarium is open plan, there is no minimum age limit for children . Our grandson is 5yrs and it proved no problem. Toddlers may need supervision.
