The accommodation has been cleverly designed with plenty of windows allowing the light to stream in and has two separate areas of garden ground both accessed from the cottage. The is private parking at the front of the cottage.
Ground Floor Stable door leads from the hallway to a secluded area of walled garden mostly grass with attractive shrubs. The family room and dining area offers comfy seating, LCD flat screen tv, dining table, french windows leading to a second walled garden with decked patio area - a suntrap for barbeques.
The kitchen is new and is equipped with all you will require including 5-burner gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave etc. The sitting room has comfy sofas (Both sofa beds for additional guests), LCD flat screen tv. The family bathroom is fully tiled with quality fittings, bath with overhead shower, wc and wash basin.
First Floor Twin Bedroom generous in size with two single beds which can be pushed together if required, wardrobe, dressing table, LCD flat screen tv. This attractive cottage is in a secluded position yet within easy reach of all amenities within the centre of the historic village of Crail. This is ideal accommodation for golfers (St Andrews just 15 minutes drive), and with an abundance of activities for everyone on the doorstep including walking, cycling, beaches, art galleries, local shops and restaurants serving delicious local fayre.
Crail is probably the most attractive of the historic fishing villages in the 'East Neuk' Of Fife. The picturesque ancient harbour has been captured on canvas by many artists. Enjoy a feast on fresh lobster and crab which can be purchased daily from the harbour. Wander down the narrow wynds and cobbled streets with it historic architecture, art galleries, local pottery and antique shops.
