Llaça is well located for the main towns of Figueres and Girona and only two hours from Barcelona. In Figueres you can find the Dali Museum, and an important shopping area. Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays there are markets. 15 minutes by train or car.
Several small mediterrean villages along the coast to visit: Cotlliure, Port de la Selva, Cadaques-Cap de Creus where you can visit Dalí's house-museum, fishing towns of Roses and L'Escala, touristic resort of Empuriabrava. Natural areas protected: Cap Creus(sea), L'Albera (mountain), Els Aiguamolls ( important bird area), La Garrotxa (volcanic area) perfect to walk and highcking. 1 hour from Pirineus mountains.
