The cottage is a quality barn conversion which is full of original features.It is very comfortably equipped to a high standard . The cottage forms part of five cottage private hamlet dating back to the Hundred Years War in the 15th century. The cottage is set in two and a half acres of landscaped gardens with stunning views and a large enclosed pool.
The setting is calm and tranquil yet gives great acces to the regions many attractions, the Dordogne river, Sarlat, Rocamadour to name but a few. Ideal for walking or cycling in the gorgeous oak forests surrounding the property. Families and couples alike are welcome.

The cottage is a beautiful barn conversion full of original features , exposed stone and beams throughout. The downstairs living area consists of an open plan well equipped kitchen, a dining area and a seating and tv area as well as two shower rooms.
Upstairs houses the 4 bedrooms with high ceilings and exposed stone and beams througout.

Cooker, Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron. Freezer and washing machine are communal. All household cleaning products provided.

House Linen, Internet Access. Telephone and internet access is available on site .
Bedding is included in gite price and towels may be hired.
Dining:
Seating for 9.
Entertainment:
Satellite TV, DVD, Radio, CD System, Board Games, Table Tennis. Tennis court is five minutes drive away

Communal Pool, Terrace, Garden, BBQ, Parking, Garden Furniture. The pool is for the exclusive use of our gites, set apart in private corner of the gardens it is both fenced off and alarmed.Surrounded by woods the area is bathed in sunlight from dawn to dusk.

Smoking is regrettably not permitted in the houses themselves but is allowed on the terraces and gardens

Placed on the edge of a stunning village with its chateau, two churches and bar and restaurant. We are a five minute drive from the Dordogne river and its canooing, swimming,cycling and fishing.We are within twenty minutes of Rocamadour and Sarlat.
We are in the heart of the Dordogne and Lot regions famous for their chateaux, Bastide towns, Perigord cuisine and fine wines. Close by there is a superb water park and horse riding facilities as well as an 18 hole golf course.
We are off the A20 junction 55 Ten minutes from Souillac and 20 minutes fron Sarlat Full directions provided with confirmationof booking
