In the heart of the fabulous City of Brighton lies the Delaney Apartment. Whether you've come here for business or pleasure, the Delaney Apartment is the ideal short-term let.
Situated just a stone's throw from the sea and other attractions such as the Brighton Lanes and the Sea Life Centre, the apartment boasts a balcony with fabulous views from the famous Palace Pier, over Steine Gardens and towards the Royal Pavilion. It is also conveniently located just 10 minutes on foot or a short taxi ride from Brighton's mainline station.
The apartment sleeps up to five people in one double bedroom, one twin room (zip-up beds) and one single sofa bed. There is one bathroom/toilet and a second en-suite shower room. Facilities: Cooker (hob/oven), microwave, washing machine/tumble dryer, dish washer, fridge, freezer, 26 inch flat screen TV, DVD player, CD/radio (with iPod hook up), incoming telephone (outgoing on request), free internet access, hairdryer. All bed linen and towels, pots, pans and crockery are provided.
Parking: while there are no immediate car parking spaces on the Old Steine, there are car parks and pay & display parking nearby, but expect to pay up to £15 per day. To keep our city cleaner and less congested, we always advise customers to take the train if possible.
The Delaney Apartment attracts executives attending business conferences, couples on romantic mini-breaks, honeymooners and holiday-makers from all over the world. Visitors to The Brighton Centre often stay with us too, as we are only a short walk away. It is not suitable for rowdy groups, smokers or pets. Thank you for your understanding.

Rental Notes: For all stays, a refundable damage/nuisance deposit of £200 is required, or a £19 waiver can be paid. Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out at 11:00, however we can sometimes be flexible - please email for details. Cancellation fees apply. Cleaners/linen change available each week at extra charge.
