The apartment is newly built to a very high standard on the second floor with lift available. With balcony over looking Los Alcazares & La Manga with outside table and chairs. There are two bed rooms each with two single beds plus one double sofa bed in lounge all are air conditioned. 1 modern bathroom consisting of bath, with shower, one w.c. and bidet and all fitments . Dining table with 4 chairs, also table and chairs on balcony over looking Los Alcazares. Benefiting from a well equipped kitchen with all mod cons.
There are two large swimming pools both with childrens spash area both with disabled access and showers. Landscape gardens around both pools for your relaxation. Pool towels not provided. Underground Parking.

Drive to the thriving resort town of Torrevieja just north of the Mar Menor or visit the Beautiful historic city of Muria - "the capital of Baroque"with its monuments and impressive Gothic Cathedral, architecture, river and squares to eat, drink and watch the world go by.
Likewise the historic seaside town of Cartagena with its large harbour, walls, beautiful buildings, amphitheatre and squares.
There is an Aqua park at Torrevieja - great for the kids (big and small!)
Los Alcazares area: The Arabs chose Los Alcazares the site for several palaces for holidays and to rest and re-opened the local Roman baths. Taking advantage of the warm shallow crystal clear theraputic waters of the beautiful Mar Menor, rich in iodine,salt and other minerals, giving relief for many ailments.
