The Luxury Large 10 bedroom villa in Cyprus with all en-suite bathrooms and fantastic large pool is ideal for small and large groups and we can arrange wedding parties at this villa. The Villa Havana is set in it's own exclusive secluded grounds with extensive terracing overlooking landscaped garden which boasts a very large swimming pool.
The wonderful large pool is fully illuminated and well equipped with sun lounges, beds, shades etc and with 2 private bars and changing rooms. The high walls with remote control iron gates ensures absolute privacy and our guests can be assured peace and tranquility enabling the perfect holiday without intrusion from the outside world.
The Unique Villa Havana has 10 spacious high standard bedrooms including all en-suite bathrooms with excellent facilities such as split air conditioning, luxurious bathrooms and several rooms having it's own large terraced private balcony. The staircase, lounge, bathrooms, kitchen area and balconies are fully furnished in Italian marble. There is also a satellite TV in each bedroom and in the lounge area where our guests can relax and watch English and European channels.
There are 2 very large dining areas both equiped with furniture and TV. There is also a portable CD/radio player for inside or pool area. The very spacious kitchen is fully equipped and furnished and can cater for 20 guests comftably.
One of the great features of VILLA HAVANA is the luxury large swimming pool. If you like to relax by a pool than this is it... The swimming pool is 25m long with underwater lighting and it has a spacious sun-bathing area with garden furniture surrounding it. If you enjoy sipping refreshments by the pool than you will be pleased to know that we have a pool bar and also a good size terrace bar overlooking the pool.
