Our linked villa, Vista Bonita has panoramic sea views overlooking the town of Caleta de Fuste and an 18 hole golf course all just ten minutes drive from the airport.
It comprises two bedrooms, two bathrooms, (one en suite), fully fitted Kitchen and is furnished to a very high standard. A 25 minute stroll or a 5 minute drive will take you to the beach, shops, restuarants and bars. The capital, Puerto del Rosario, has fantastic new shopping centres just 15 minutes drive away offering a large variety of local craft, clothes and food shops and plenty of bars and restaurants.
The island is blessed with miles and miles of lovely soft sands and it is this beautiful coastline that attracts visitors who seek isolation, tranquility and glorious beaches and sand dunes.

Generally January and February are the coolest of the months, although temperatures of 22C are not uncommon, and July to September are the hottest.
Local activities in and around Caleta De Fuste, Fuerteventura
Wind surfing is enjoyed by many especially alone the eastern and south eastern coast where the prevailing winds are most favourable. The World Windsurfing Championships are held at Playa Sotavento in July/August where wind speeds can reach force 9. Locally, beginners or experienced surfers can enjoy the sport at the Wind Surfing School. 0034 928 535 999.
Boat Trips are available from the harbour and some include snorkelling in the crystal clear waters. Jet ski hire also available here.
Go Karting is at Tesejeraque, which is to the south, and can be part of a trip via the Costa Calma beaches Golf. The Golf Centre and driving range at Caleta de Fuste can be seen as part of the view from the pool terrace. The 18 hole par 71 course was the venue of the 2004 Spanish.
Camel Safari La Lajita in the south offers this popular excursion where there is also a small , but excellent zoo.
Ferry Trips From Corralejo in the north a ferry to Lanzarote leaves at two hourly intervals. A trip to Lobos Island, a nature reserve, can be made from the same harbour.
