This apartment is ideal for boat lovers and provides easy passage for day trips along the memorable North Ayrshire coast, the Isle of Arran and most of the Strathclyde district. As a result there is no end to the spectacular sights that can be seen from this property and the surrounding coastal areas and beaches.

The modern and bright new apartment is situated on the ground floor and once inside you will find it substantially well equipped, providing a double bedroom with ensuite shower room and a twin bedroom closely situated beside the main bathroom for ease of use.

The kitchen can be found just off of the lounge,it is well equipped with all the appliances that are listed below and for your convenience has a fully stocked cupboard offering tea, coffee, bread, fresh milk and other food produce. An information pack is also included, supplying information on local activites and takeaway services etc.

The lounge provides comfortable surroundings with patio doors which open on to the south facing garden and marina. A TV, which includes digital and a DVD/Video player is provided. A well stocked Video, DVD and book library is also avaliable for guest to enjoy and games are provided for the entertainment of all guests. A combination TV/DVD and Video is also provided in the main bedroom.

Parking is made easy with plenty of spaces avaliable just outside the front of the appartment, although a car is not essential as the local bus and train service is very reliable. By train Glasgow is accessible in around 45mins and here you will find a great variety of Cafes, Restuarants, Shopping facilites, Pubs and Clubs, making it the perfect location for a great ,day or night, out.

You can also catch the ferry to Arran just across the marina to the right. The ferry runs several times a day and takes around 50mins each way. In a short journey from the appartment the town of Saltcoats can be found offering a nice beach and a variety of Cafe/Bars, Restuarants and Shopping facilites.

  Garden, Parking, Garden Furniture. Communal Garden area has an excellent view of the boats on the marina and can be used for sunbathing and dining etc.

Local activities in and around Ardrossan, Central Scotland
 
         
The beach front Seamill Hydro can be found just 3.5 miles along the coast and has entertainment for all ages. Providing a swimming pool/ health club, cafe, bar and restaurant all in lavish surroundings.

Further along the coast you will find the town of Largs a great destination for day trips. From here guests can catch the ferry to Millport or travel on down the coast to Wymss Bay where the ferry leaves for Rothsey (Isle of Bute).

There are several other facilites with in surrounding areas providing sailing, swimming pools, an ice rink, bowling alleys, a cinema, horse riding, golf courses, bars and restraurants.

With in a close proximity there are a number of prime golf courses including the world famous Royal Troon and Turnberry courses. There are also courses in Largs, Kilbirnie, Irvine and more.

The appartment location provides great access for sailing activites with several boating marina's with in easy reach such as, Ardrossan, Largs, Troon and Inverkip.

Beach and hill walking is nearby and kelburn Country Park at Largs is ideal for nature lovers with its nature trails and outdoor adventure facilites.

The appartment is ideal for cycling day trips with well known cycling destinations such as Arran, Cumbrae and Millport with in easy reach. Cycle hire can be arranged locally.
