The pretty village of Peyia, with its local charm and character is less than a mile away and the villa affords wonderful views across open countryside to Coral Bay and the sea beyond.
As you enter the ground floor from the impressive front entrance, you cannot help but be impressed by the opulence of the furnishings and fittings that this lovely house has to offer. Attractive arches split the open-plan lounge /dining room and patio doors lead to the spacious front terrace.

'Have you ever been on holiday and looked up at a villa in the most perfect location and thought to yourself, I wonder who lives in a house like that'?
The large 14x6 meters pool is set to the side of the property and is surrounded by spacious terraces.
Very quite and private villa with beautiful sea views is set on a fairly quiet road leading into Peyia and looks perfectly at home in its rural setting.
There are 8 bedrooms all of which have ensuite full bathroom.
This villa has a luxurious jacuzzi all included in the price.
Every attention has been paid to detail in the furnishing of the villa. It has very comfortable carved furniture and granite floors. The lamps are made of Crystal Swarovski.
The kitchen has all the amenities you would need including: Washing Machine, Dishwasher,Microwave, (Siemens) (toaster, coffee maker, tea maker, water dispenser).
The swimming pool is very big and private and measures 13m x 6m. Playground Area (very big plot with grass to play the children). There is a bbq, talbe tennis, pool/billard table and Percola all to make sure your stay is a pleasant one.
Upon arrival you will be met with a welcome back(Bread, eggs, butter, marmalade, cheese, coffee, tea, milk, coca cola, juice, chocolates, corn flakes).
