About the lodge. Located close to the leisure facilities, snack bar, restaurant and bar, the lodge consists of: Spacious lounge and dining area with views of the private lake. Fully equiped modern kitchen. Two double bedrooms, one of which has a large en-suite shower room. Two twin bedrooms. Family Bathroom. Large patio area with patio furniture and large hot tub. Double glazed and centrally heated. Gas and electricity included in price.
The spacious lounge is light and airy and comfortably furnished with a view across the lake. French doors lead onto a large patio with teak furniture and a large hot tub that seats 6 to 8 peope, depending on how cosy you want to be, a perfect place to relax and unwind.
The dining area has a large bay window with splendid views. Entertainment includes a TV with video, DVD and free view, Cd system with radio, a selection of books and novels, maps and board games. The hallway has a storage cupboard and a cloakroom. The modern kitchen is fitted with a cooker, hob, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There are ample cooking utensils crockery and cuttlery. Tea towels are also provided.
The master bedroom has a double bed with two double wardrobes and ample drawer space. There is also an en-suite shower room with WC and wash basin. The second bedroom also has a double bed with double wardrobe with ample drawer space. The third and fourth bedrooms are both twin rooms each having wardrobe and ample drawer space. Alll bed linen is supplied all you'll need to bring are towels. The family bathroom consists of a full size bath with shower attatchment, W.C. and a wash basin.
The lodge is fully double glazed and has efficent central heating. The lounge also has an electric fire to ensure year round comfort.

Morecambe Bay with it's breath taking sun sets is the perfect place for a romantic evening walk and there's a variety of restaurants and bars.
Lancaster a very cosmopolitain city is a mix of old and new. The castle and the Ashton Memorial dominate the skyline. Cafe bars and restaurants line the shopping arcades.
Carnforth, with it's famous railway station, Arnside, famous for it's tidal boar, and Silverdale, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, are all on the doorstep, a real treat for those who wish to go exploring.
The lake district National Park is famous the world over. From the fells and dramatic mountains to the museums and lake cruises. Home of Beatrix Potter whos stories have spanned generations. Kendal, 15 mins drive away is the gateway to the lake district with it's array of shops and attractions.
The traditional market town of Kirby Lonsdale leads you to the Yorkshire Dales National Park and it's many attractions.For the more adventurous why not try a trek along the Pennine Way.
Or for those of you who want to take it easy and relax there's a restaurant and bar thirty seconds from the front door. And if it's pampering that you want there's a selection of beauty treatments available at the leisure centre.
