The Hytte is close to Hexham and Hadrian's Wall, this unique property is fully accessible and provides the ideal country retreat for friends and family "get together's" with the added luxury of a sauna and hot-tub spa. The Hytte has been built in the style of a Norwegian timber lodge along with a turf roof, environmentally friendly, secluded with spacious gardens, play field, level parking, patio areas and views across open countryside.

Sleeps 8 + cot in four comfortable bedrooms, open plan living/dining area with vaulted ceilings, magnificent log burner, wooden floors and cosy under floor heating throughout. Fully fitted kitchen, washer and tumble dryer, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Level entry shower room and separate bathroom/shower.
The Hytte is equipped and furnished to a very high standard, linen, towels, heating, sauna and hot-tub are all included. Large entrance porch/utility - Ample storage and drying space, for outdoor clothing, bicycles etc, with washer/dryer and freezer. The kitchen/dining area is well equipped with gas hob and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge and a comprehensive range of kitchen equipment. Kitchen work surfaces are standard height withwheelchair access under sink; hob and worktop are 85cms high: accessible cupboard space at various heights to suit all needs. Large dining table seats 8 comfortably, high chair available. Impressive open plan living area with vaulted ceilings, wooden floors & magnificent Norwegian log burner.
Colour TV (teletext) video, DVD & CD/radio cassette player. Games Console & a selection of games. There is also a wide range of books, videos, DVD’s & board games available.
Patio doors lead out to decking area, private gardens, play field, views of open countryside & the magnificent ”Bingfield Sunset” Garden sauna & hot tub spa (A hoist is available to assist guests with limited mobility) Decked verandah, patio BBQ & a selection outdoor games available.
Four bedrooms sleeping 8 plus a cot: two twin rooms, one double and the larger accessible room with twin electric beds, which can be linked into a king-sized, which has a colour TV with teletext. Shower room is fully accessible with level entry shower & shower chair, toilet and washbasin. Bathroom with shower over bath, toilet & hand basin.

Rental Notes: Rental Sat-Sat short breaks available. An Agreement, which incorporates these booking conditions is formed between us when one of the following takes place:
We receive your completed booking form (following a provisional reservation by telephone) and payment of the deposit by cheque.
You make a booking by telephone and pay by debit or credit card over the phone.
Total number of guests staying at the hytte must be stated on the booking form.
A deposit of £100 per wk or £75 per short break is payable on booking (cheques payable to “The Hytte”). Confirmation will be sent by post or e-mail upon receipt of this deposit. The balance of the cost of the holiday is due six weeks before you arrive. (Or the full amount if the arrival date is in less than 6 weeks)
Arrival and departure: The Hytte will be available from 4pm on the day of your arrival, until 10am on the morning of your departure. We ask that you leave the Hytte in a clean and tidy condition. No pets/smoking.
