Constructed in 1999 this property is situated on the luxury development of Sa Vinya in Bendinat. The property has been finished to a very high standard including marble floorings, granite work surfaces, integral oven and hob and fitted wardrobes. Each room is independently air conditioned and each bathroom has under floor heating and heated towel rails. The property has been contemporarily furnished and comes complete with Satellite Television in the main living area. There is a great pool within the complex and sun loungers are provided for those who wish to relax around the pool and soak up the sun.
For those who like to be near the sea, the beautiful beaches at Illetes are within walking distance and the beach at Puerto Portals is a short drive (or long walk) away. The complex is well situated in the South West of the Island. Thus, those persons who are looking for night life can be there very quickly, and those persons who are looking for peace and tranquility can obtain it - very quickly. The main City of Palma, with its chic Boutiques and trendy cafes can be reached within 15 minutes by car or public transport. The Real Golf de Bendinat Course is only a 5 minute walk away.

Within a short Distance you can walk to the supermarket, Ice Cream Parlour and Restaurants at Bendinat. A walk to Illetes you will discover diving, restaurants, cafes and massage centres.
A short drive will bring you into Portals Village where you can enjoy yet more bars and cafes together with a supermarket selling English produce. A further short drive (or a cab drive of 5-6€) to the Port will bring you night life, Marineland Dolphinarium, Restaurants and Cafes and another beach.
From Palma Airport Take the Via Cintura towards Andratx. Take the exit marked Bendinat and continue on that road until you reach a roundabout. The complex is signposted from there.

Rental Notes: There are no specific dates for changeover. So that we have ample opporunity to prepare the apartment we ask that guests arrive no earlier than 4pm and leave no later than 10am on the day of departure. For arrivals after 8pm there will be Euros 50 surcharge. We will endeavour to be flexible on these times where there are no other persons entering the apartment immediately after your departure. Alternatively, if you are leaving later, we do have a place where luggage can be stored.
