A 200 year old traditional Mallorcan stone house. The house is a comfortable 4 bedroom property which has been refurbished but still retains its traditional Mallorcan charm.
The house is located in a quiet part of town, close to the main Square. It is fully equipped for rental all year round. There is a large fully equipped kichen/dining area seating upto 8 which has the original fireplace, cosy for winter dining. The kitchen flows onto the large outside terrace, ideal for alfresco dining or just lazing around.
The house has 4 large bedrooms, one with en suite. There is also the house bathroom. The house has 2 sitting rooms one of which is an ideal childrens den with TV/DVD player.
The house has heating in all rooms and a real fire in the kitchen /dining area. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

Local activities in and around Soller, Mallorca
Soller is an ideally situated for both the mountains and sea. There are many beautiful walks in and around Soller and the pretty villages of Deia, Fornalaux and Valdemossa are closeby.
There is a tram which connects the town to the port and beach. At the port there are facilities for boating, fishing, canoeing etc.
The town also has a few small museums and a botanical garden.
The pretty town squre has plenty of bars and restaurants and is an ideal place to relax.

Rental Notes: The house is available to rent all year round. There is a discount for long winter rentals. Rental price shown is for up to 4 persons Please add £100 PER PERSON EXTRA FOR OVER 4 Rental is normally from Sat 11am- Sat 3pm but this can be flexible off season.
On arrival you will be met by our housekeeper. Clean linen and towels are provided each week.
