The comfortable well furnished penthouse duplex apartment is only a short stroll from the wide sandy beach. Costalita is a well sought after urbanisation situated between the towns of San Pedro and Estepona and very close to Marbella and the infamous Puerto Banus.
This superb three bedroom three bathroom penthouse duplex apartment is situated on the award winning Costalita Urbis urbanisation. The property is furnished and decorated to a high standard and caters for your holiday needs.
On the lower level, there is a fully fitted kitchen, complete with fridge/freezer, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and ample storage cupboards with cooking and dining utensils. The washing machine and tumble dryer are in the attached utility room. The comfortable lounge/dining area is complete with two sofas, television with Sky satellite and DVD, CD player, dining table and chairs and leads to the terrace which overlooks the pool and garden area. The two twin bedrooms are on this level, one with bathroom en suite, the other with shower room adjacent, both with fitted wardrobes.
On the upper level, the huge master bedroom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and a full bathroom en suite. There are two terraces, which are accessible from the bedroom and landing, and are complete with garden furniture.
The delightful pool area is surrounded by very pretty gardens, streams and ponds. Just a stroll through these gardens takes you to the beach, where there is an attractive promenade. The urbanisation benefits from the exclusive beach front location with access to miles of clean sandy uncrowded beaches.
Rental prices are per week and include all linen (except beach towels). For rentals of two weeks or more, a change of linen is also included. A basic Welcome Pack is supplied for your convenience.
If you are not hiring a car, taxis are readily available and there is a very reliable bus service to all the local towns, i.e. Estepona, San Pedro, Marbella and Puerto Banus. A full driving description and map will be sent to you before your arrival date. You will be met and shown to your apartment by one of us personally and we are to hand should you need any assistance during your stay.

Local activities in and around San Pedro, Costa del Sol - Malaga
The Costa del Sol boasts a vast expanse of activities, sightseeing and history. Many within easy reach of the area where the apartment is located. The trendy and famous Puerto Banus, with its bars, clubs and restaurants, is less than 10 minutes drive away. In winter, you can breakfast on your terrace and by lunchtime you can be ski-ing on the Sierra Nevada Mountains near to Granada.
Many of the famous golf courses are nearby and children (and adults!) can enjoy a day at the Selwo Safari Park. Gibraltar, with its history and tax free shopping is only 40 minutes drive away and a spectacular sight to see (don’t forget to take your passport with you).
Ronda and the many surrounding white Andalucian villages have great historic interest and give an insight to the ‘real’ Spain. All along the Costa del Sol, there are safe and clean beaches. A visit to the town and beach of Tarifa, just beyond Gibraltar, is well worth it, especially if you are a keen windsurfer.
Costalita is a popular and attractive urbanisation right next to the clean, safe, uncrowed beach. It is a popular choice and people return here year after year. It is situated between the towns of San Pedro and Estepona and very nearby to Benavista where there are very good local amenities including a vast range of good restaurants, friendly bars, well stocked supermarkets, banks and sports facilities. The quaint village of Cancelada is just a five minute drive away where you can enjoy a meal in one of the good restaurants. You can reach the popular but unspoilt mountainside village of Benahavis within fifteen minutes and there you can enjoy a stroll around the pretty squares and art and craft shops and take your choice from the many very good restaurants.
You can fly into either Malaga or Gibraltar. Both are only about a 40 minute drive away taking the A7 coast road or AP7 toll road. Car hire, taxis or our own transfer service are all available.
