This lovely Town house is located in the popular area of Santa Catalina in Palma. The area boasts some of Palma´s best restaurants and bars.
Santa Catalina is located just a short distance from the historical part of Palma and Cathedral.
This house is very quirky and has a great feel about it. On entering the house you are welcomed into a bright hallway. a couple of stairs will take you down into the designer kitchen and dining area whilst a further set of stairs will take you up to the half floor living area. From the living area access can be gained to the outside patio area. Across the patio is an independent en-suite double bedroom.
In the main house there are a further 2 bedrooms (1 x twin and 1 x double). Access can be gained from the master bedroom to the roof terrace which provides views over Palma Old Town.
