It has a superb 10m x 5m heated pool at rear of villa, large fully furnished pool terrace and BBQ, aircon and is surrounded by stunning gardens. Lots of grass for children to play, fully gated with plenty of off road car parking.
Ideally located 10+ mins drive to beach islands and wonderful golf.
Superbly equipped in modern style it has a spacious lounge with dining area , comfortably seats 8-10, satellite TV (with BBC/ ITV), DVD, open fire place + to pool terrace, pool, BBQ and gardens. Lots of books, games, DVDs, inflatables and golf clubs.
Included in the price: Free pool heating mid March to end October. All linen/towels (except cot linen), we also provide 8 beach/pool towels. Villa cleaning and linen/towel change. Services of local English managers.

POR DO SOL VIVENDA Stunning spacious villa with own 10m x 5m roman style heated swimming pool surrounded by fully equipped terrace with table, chairs and loungers. There is a bamboo pergola for deep shade in hotter months and a second wonderful pergola in the garden - a wonderful place to sit of an evening with a cool glass of wine.
There is a BBQ for al fresco dining and pool lights each night. The garden is quite lovely, with lots of Algarve planting and grass to two sides for children to safely play. Fully gated with lots of off road parking.
There are 4 very spacious bedrooms (2 Doubles & 2 Twins), all with floor to ceiling cupboards. The two double rooms have own ensuite bathrooms. The first floor ensuite bedroom has its own furnished terrace. You will fight over this one.
Lots of space for cot or portable bed in any of the rooms allowing occupancy up to 10. Portable bed, cot and high chair supplied free of charge.
There are 3 fully tiled luxurious bathrooms, all with bath, shower, bidet, wc and vanity unit. There is a 4th shower room with wc and vanity unit.
Por do Sol Vivenda is exceptionally spacious and beautifully furnished with marble floors throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped for 10 with everything you could wish for.
The large lounge comfortably seats 8-10, has satellite TV (with BBC and ITV), a DVD player which also plays CDs, open fireplace and 2 large doors leading to the pool, BBQ, pool terrace and superb gardens. Lots of books, games, inflatables and set of golf clubs for clients to use.

The villages of Moncarapacho, Estoi and Olhao are only 5+ minutes away by car offering supermarkets, shops, restaurants. There is a wonderful bar/bistro only 800m from the villa, easy to walk to in 15 mins, only 2 minutes by car.

2 Double Bedrooms, 2 Twin Bedrooms. 2 large double ensuite + 2 twin all with fitted floor to ceiling cupboards. 1 digital safe in the villa. The 1st floor ensuite master bedroom has its own terrace. Cot and portable bed also provided.

3 Bathrooms, 1 Shower, 4 Separate WC's. All bathrooms are decorated to a very high standard. The master bathroom has a corner bath with shower, twin basin, WC & bidet. 2 further bathrooms with bath/shower plus a separate shower room.

Local activities in and around Moncarapacho, Eastern Algarve
This is an ideal location in which to enjoy both family and golf holiday. The Algarve has the best climate in Europe and it has some of the best golf courses.
Why not try some of the new emerging Eastern Algarve Golf Courses, hassle free at any time, many of them within 10-25 mins, rather than the busy central ones. The new Monte Rei course is 20+ mins drive from the villa. There are a further 5 golf courses over the Spanish border 25mins away at Ayamonte.
The villa is situated on the outskirts of Moncarapacho 5kms away, which is a lovely little country town with supermarkets, bars, several excellent restaurants, petrol station, internet cafe, museum etc.
The villa is also within easy distance of Tavira (regarded as the loveliest town in the Algarve and has been voted the Best beach in Europe).
From Tavira, Olhao and Cabanas you can travel by small boat to many superb unspoilt offshore island beaches. For the bird watchers, The Ria Formosa National Park is close by.

Rental Notes: We offer a fully automated booking/payment system, can accept any currency using any credit/debit card. 25% deposit required, balance and breakage deposit of £200 required 8 weeks before holiday.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds for 8-10 people. Portable bed, cot, high chair provided free of charge.
Pool is heated FREE of charge mid March- end October. Obligatory extra £85/wk for aircon (cool and warm).
Prefer Sat to Sat bookings during high season, however we are flexible so please contact us to negotiate.
Guests are asked to leave by 10am and new guests can arrive after 3pm. Where possible we will try to accommodate early/late arrivals.
