Our villa is situated in the village of Callao Salvaje within easy reach of the south airport ,Las Americas,l Los Gigantes and golf courses. The villa as the benefit of a large terrace and private pool heated from Oct - May.

Outside you have a large terrace with ample sunloungers, chairs and a BBQ area to the side of the swiming pool, to the rear we have a kiddies play area with Wendy house, swing, slide etc.
On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen, dining area,lounge with patio doors leading onto the terrace area. Bedroom with bathroom ensuite also with patio doors leading to pool area and a seperate cloakroom. Within the dining area we have tv with playstation and games.
Down stairs from the dining area we have a large games room with table tennis, darts etc and exercise area with cross trainer, ab trainer and multi gym etc leading to area with washing machine
Upstairs there is one bedroom with king size bed single bed and ensuite bathroom, second bedroom with 2 single beds across the landing from the family bathroom. The third bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom.

The villa is situated at the top entrance to the village of Callao Salvaje and ten minutes walk to the shops, bars, resturants, banks and pebble beach. Taxis and buses are readily available for the short drive to Playa Americas or Los Cristianos or the other direction to Playa San Juan or Los Gigantes.
From the airport follow signs on the motorway for Las Americas at the end of the motorway follow signs Los Gigantes on this road you will see the sign for Callao Salvaje and the villa is on the right
