This is a wonderful location to explore the Costa del Sol and all of its attractions including the many excellent golf courses. The apartment is within easy reach of several airports, giving greater choice when making flight selections. This is an attractive secure gated complex with two swimming pools and lovely landscaped gardens and is within 5 minutes walking distance of a Blue Flag beach and some superb restaurants. The marina at Duquesa is approx 10 minutes walk, providing yet more tempting restaurants, bars, further beach facilities and shopping. Continue along the promenade that runs from the beach at Duquesa and you will arrive at the small town of Sabinillas.

The double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and patio door to the terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds with full-length windows giving a view across the swimming pool to the golf course beyond.
A second bathroom is adjacent to the twin bedroom and both bathrooms have a bath with shower over. The lounge also has patio doors to the terrace and has 2 sofas, one being a sofa bed. There is a TV with satellite connection to free sky channels and local terrestrial. The DVD player will also play CDs. The dining area has table and 6 chairs and there is also dining furniture on the terrace.
The kitchen is of a good size and well equipped with everything you need. There is a full size oven/hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine and ironing facilities.
There is allocated parking within the complex. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has lift access. Air conditioning keeps you cool in summer and provides heat in winter.

This area of the Costa del Sol has everything you need for a perfect holiday. Whilst a car is useful to explore further afield, it is not essential as public transport runs along the coast and reasonably priced taxis are available.
Gibraltar (25 mins) Make a day of it, there is more to see than you think.
Ronda (approx 1hr) Up in the hills with spectacular views.
Marbella and Puerto Banus (15 mins) Sophisticated resort popular with the rich and famous. Lots of designer shops.
Casares white Spanish village just up the hill.
Estepona (10 mins) Large town with good shopping, beautiful beaches and 2 markets each week.
Other places worth a visit include Malaga, Cadiz, Granada and Seville and even Morocco.
Golf Valderama is just 15 mins away. The apartment overlooks Duquesa golf course and there are many others nearby. There are around 50 courses along the coast, which is frequently called the Costa del Golf. If you want more information, please contact us.
