This landmarked historic district with it’s cobblestone streets, is just a few blocks from both the art galleries and shopping of SOHO and the great restaurants in the heart of Tribeca.
It is only a 5-10 minute walk to the nearby financial district, Greenwich Village, Chinatown, Little Italy, World Trade Center site and 4 blocks from the Hudson River, where there are miles of uninterrupted biking/jogging pedestrian paths along the water that continue all the way uptown, as well as several lovely waterfront parks.
There is public tennis, bike rentals, batting cages, a children’s park/splash pool and great sunsets. Subway and bus / one block away/taxis on corner, under 10 minutes to midtown, museums and theater. Supermarket and gourmet shopping within walking distance.
