A beautiful 2 bedroom apartment, located in the pretty and peaceful Flamingo Hills II development in Playa Flamenca. The south facing terrace overlooks the pool and receives sunshine all day from mid-morning onwards.
It also benefits from having a huge private roof top solarium, offering panoramic views of Playa Flamenca and the sea. Fantastic for dining, day or night, and great for relaxing on the sun loungers all day! The apartment is spacious and has everything you need.
Playa Flamenca is an up and coming popular resort with many fine restaurants, bars and shops. Flamingo Hills II is perfectly located in a peaceful area, yet within walking distance to many of the amenities.
Flamingo Hills II is on two floors - large living area plus outside roof top area. It has a fully fitted open plan kitchen, leading onto a seperate dining area then lounge area. This opens onto a terrace with table and chairs. There are two good size bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, bathroom with powerful shower. A staircase inside leads up to your extensive private roof area.
The pool is immediately in front of the apartment and there is a shallow kid’s area one end. This is a private pool for Flamingo Hills II only, an urbanisation of both residents and holiday makers, and is generally quiet and uncrowded. The complex has security gates.
There is a small supermarket and newsagents close by which sells everything you need. Alternatively there are many more, much larger, supermarkets not far.
The restuarants are quite international, with food from all over the world, eat in or take away. Local entertainment includes live bands, bingo, karaoke, Spanish dancing, cabarets.
Playa Flamenca is a costal resort for families, couples, elderly and golfers alike and is located 2 km south of Torrevieja
There are 3 beaches nearby – Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca and Zenia beach. Both Playa Flamenca and Zenia beaches have beach bars/cafes and volley ball nets. The Zenia beach also has a children’s climbing frame, kids playground area and water sports. In the summer the beaches have lifeguards.

Local activities in and around Playa Flamenca, Costa Blanca - Alicante
Local activities include horse riding, diving, cycling, keep fit, bowling, go-karting, boats trips, fishing, free excursions, tennis courts, kid’s playgrounds. The water park nearby is a good family day out.
You could visit the spectacular new shopping mall – Habernas. This is only a 15 minute drive or taxi ride and has 3 floors of stunning shops and restaurants. Next to this new centre, you will also find a massive Carrefour department store, bowling alley, cinema and more restaurants.
The local bus service is excellent, frequent and economical for getting around. This can be found on the main road (N332), not far from Flamingo Hills. You can take one of the frequent buses to Torreveija where there is a beautiful harbour with many boat trips or you may pick up coaches to Benidorm and other popular destinations.
On Saturdays mornings there is a Spanish market at the end of the road, full of bargains and very popular and busy. Worth a visit!
If you like walking, there is a beautiful walk along the promende from Punta Prima, passing Playa Flamena beach and onto the Zenia Beach. There is a fabulous cliff side cafe with fantastic views across the bay at Punta Prima and another at the Zenia Hotel. This hotel also has restaurant and beauty facilitieis plus evening entertainment most nights.
For the golfers, there are 3 amazing golf courses, with grand club houses open to everyone. These are Les Ramblers, Villa Martin and Campoamar. The scenery is stunning.

There are two airports nearby – Murcia and Alicante. Both are serviced by numerous budget airlines. Murcia is just 20 minutes car/taxi and Alicante is 30 minutes.

Rental Notes: The apartment is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and the departure is midday unless arranged otherwise. We will do our best to let you stay in the apartment if you have a late departure flight.
We require £100 per week deposit to secure the booking and the full balance is payable 10 weeks prior to departure.
Costs include rental, linen, towels and welcome back. An additional charge of £40 is payable for cleaning.
Transfers, cots, high chairs, baby car seats can be arranged at a local charge.
We welcome longer lets, these must be a minimum of 8 weeks, you will benefit from the rate of £120(inc of bills) a week, with an additional £40 cleaning charge at the end of your stay (subject to availability, excludes peak periods).
