This wonderful village house has been re-furbished to a very high standard throughout. Close to the village Inns, Slapton Sands, Slapton Ley nature reserve and just a short drive from Dartmouth town, this is an ideal property to relax, unwind or to explore Devon’s delightful countryside.
Accommodation comprises: Large airy entrance hall leading to the large living room with open fire with woodburner, colour TV, Satellite TV, and video. The dining room with table and chairs to seat 6, leads to the kitchen with double oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The sun room has a table and chairs and access to the garden.
From the hall there is a small anteroom for dogs to sleep in (bed provided) and storage of coats and boots, stairs down to the cellar with tumble dryer.
Stairs to first floor with 3 bedrooms, (master bedroom with king sized bed and walk-in wardrobe, double bedroom and one twin with built-in wardrobe). Bathroom with WC, wash basin and bath with shower over.
Outside there is a small, secluded garden with barbecue and patio table and chairs. On-street parking can be found to the front of the house.
