Rental Notes: 20% of the rent due as soon as possible to book the flat. The rest of the rent is due on arrival in the flat. Cancellation policy: The deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is 30 days before the rental; thereafter, the deposit is refundable only if we are able to re-rent the space for your dates. If a cancellation is made during the 10 days before your arrival,the deposit will be lost. There is a telephone line if you ask for it (computer, ecc) but its 50 € plus consuming (0,15 € tel unit). Electricity in winter time (November April) is calculate by unit (0,30€) The tenant is obliged to give communication of any damages caused, as the apartment has to be given back as it was on arrival. Clean and in order. No cleaning service during your stay (it can be organised in addition), but the flat will be in perfect order. Linen cleaning is all included. Additional : 50€/per week per person for the sofa bed
