The bungalow - with its pool view from the patio - sleeps up to 4 people in accommodation consisting of 1 bedroom, living room, dining area, kitchen and bathroom. There is a satellite TV offering a wide range of channels under a family package, as well as a radio with CD and cassette player.
A small returnable deposit secures the key for a safety deposit box. Cot hire is available on request. Ample car parking is available in the cul-de-sac next to the bungalow.

The upmarket Marina Rubicón oceanside development, with its 400 berth harbour, designer outlets, restaurants, cafes and bars between the southern resort of Playa Blanca and the Papagayo beaches.

Rental Notes: Rentals are based on two people sharing. There is a GB£20 per person per week supplement. A GB£80 weekly reservation fee confirms the booking, with the balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Cheques payable to J Simmons.
Price includes bed linen and towels. No heating / water charges. Discounts are available for holidays of two weeks or more and long term lets. Up to 15% off rental during July 2008.
Flexible arrival day - flights usually depart from most UK airports on Thursdays, although alternative days can be accommodated. Please provide approximate arrival and departure times to assist a smooth change over. The bungalow is available from 14.00 on arrival and should be vacated by 10.00 on departure day.
