If a bed for a few nights or longer is all that's needed or if you're taking a look at the area with a view to buying, if you're on a budget or have found a cheap flight but haven't been so lucky with the accommodation, then this studio apartment might fit the bill.   Situated on a quiet residential street just six minutes walk from the prestigious Old Port of Javea with its pretty marina and sea front, La Grava Beach and tasteful restaurants and shops.

Some of the extras include marble floors and under floor central heating for our winter guests.
The Fisherman’s Port in Javea where the apartment is located is a ramble of whitewashed houses that sit snugly around the clear, calm waters of the Mediterranean, from the apartment to the port is a short walk of about 5 minutes. A main avenue leads down to the seafront and is filled with tropical palms, beneath which locals and visitors can be found sitting and passing the time of day. The Port possesses an alluring charm that attracts many visitors to its pebbly beach, delightful restaurants, tapas bars and boutiques, there are also supermarkets, and banks everything you could possibly need. Further along the seafront is the Arenal a popular sandy beach ideally equipped to cater for all the family.

The old town of Javea with its narrow streets, indoor and outdoor markets and historic church is about a 15 minute walk, or 2 minute drive, from the apartment. With something for everyone in the Javea area you'd be hard pushed to fit it all in during just one trip. Golf, tennis, horse riding, walking, go-karting, shopping or simply sitting on the beach or lazing by the pool, whatever your choice, its all within a short distance. Children are incredibly well catered for and a wide choice of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes lines both the Arenal and the Port beaches.

From the beautiful sands of the Arenal, to the more sophisticated area of the Port, to the Tosca stone porticoes and cobbled streets of the Old Town, you'll be sure to feel a welcome at every turn.

The region's beaches have been awarded 32 prestigious EEC Blue Flags for cleanliness - far more than any other Costa in Spain. And these superb beaches are ideal for young families, being gently shelving and sandy - many with play areas for children, and bars and restaurants for the adults.

The area has become very popular for water sports, including skiing, sailing, jet-skiing, scuba-diving, snorkelling and wind surfing. The many world-class tourist attractions include the Terra Mitica theme and nature park in Benidorm, Europe's largest marine parks, many excellent safari parks and waterfalls.

So whether you are looking for nightlife or tranquillity, the region has something for everyone - from cosmopolitan towns where life goes on 24 hours a day to sleepy little villages where time seems to have passed them by.

International Class Golf Courses north of Alicante.
Oliva Nova golf course is in the extreme north of the Costa Blanca, and is a very complete and manicured course, where the layout calls for a whole variety of shots. This 18 hole course is situated in Las Marinas, Denia and was designed by Seve Ballesteros.

La Sella golf course is a varied, balanced and interesting course set in a protected environment at the foot of the Montgo Mountain, a few minutes drive from Javea on the Costa Blanca. Suitable for all levels of play.

The Javea golf club is in the valley south of the Montgo Mountain just a few minutes drive from the coast. It is 9 hole course (soon to be 18) designed with 7 different tee positions on the back nine and two greens for 1 hole.

The Ifach golf course runs through a valley of pine and carob trees commanding extraordinary sea views towards Calpe's Ifach Rock. The nine short holes demand accuracy with the drive as the distribution of tree and bunker hazards lends variety and difficulty to the round.

The total cost should be paid now if the arrival date is less than 8 weeks away. Otherwise a 25% deposit is due now and the balance should be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.
