Beautiful 3 bedroomed farmhouse sleeps 6. Set at the bottom of a stunning valley, surrounded by forest and farmland. Rural setting but close to all amenities. Car required. There is no poultry, just cows grazing and the neighbours donkey and pony! A very peaceful setting, ideal for children and adults alike. No pets.

A stunning 16th century Colombage farmhouse. Fully restored. The property has many large windows to both sides so is very light and airy. There are two single and one set of double doors leading out onto a terrace the full length of the property. The garden is south facing and sheltered.
A large fitted kitchen with all appliances , a separate toilet and bath/shower room to the left as you enter the property. Leading from the kitchen to a very large lounge with log burner. Acces to the bedrooms via a wooden staircase. To the right is the master bedroom, to the left a double bedroom leading into a dressing area and a twin bedroom. All bedrooms have dormer windows and a velux.

20 mins from the coastline. Unspoilt rural beaches, superb fresh fish available daily, good restaurants. Restaurants can begin from 10 euros for a two course meal at lunchtime to more expensive, stunning restaurants where you may have your menu discussed on the terrace with the owner!
A very popular casino with a very good restaurant nearby. Very good food and wine available locally. Good market towns, with a market most days. Beautiful walking countryside directly from the cottage.
We are just 1.5 hrs from Paris. 45 mins from Le Havre, Dieppe or Rouen. All by car though a local train is just 10 mins from the house. Calais is 2.5 hrs by car.
Historic Rouen has a fantastic Sunday market. Incredible buildings, the history of Joan of Arc and a fully modernised shopping centre.
There are always festivities happening somewhere, seasonal ones can be cider festivals, late summer, always fairs with donkey, pony sales. Beautiful gardens to visit.
The gardens of Monet are just over an hour from the property.
There is no light pollution so at night the property falls into darkness and the stars are magical. Sometimes you may see lightening storms moving along the coast, without rain, which light up the night sky whilst you sit outside enjoying a glass of good wine (or two) until the early hours.
