A lovely end of terrace villa, with small private pool, and fully enclosed secure private garden, ideal for families with small children. A lovely front terrace, viewing over to the pool, elegantly decorated with trailing plants across the pagoda, makes this a very nice setting to sit out, dine alfresco and enjoy your evenings sitting in the lovely wicker furniture, finished with comfy cushions.
The little town of Mazarron is just 10 minutes drives, and the little sister sea front and small harbour of Puerto De Mazarron are just a further 5 minutes.
Alicante airport - 1 hour 10 minutes. Hotel, restuarant, bar, cafe and health club - 15 mins walk. Golf club house with restuarant and bar - 15 mins walk. Murcia (San Javier) 1 hour. Beaches - 15 minutes drive Supermarket - 5 minutes drive. Restaurants and shops - 5 minutes drive

"Hi Linda,
We had a great time at the villa - the location was perfect and the house/pool great. Whilst we were at the house there was some damage to items - we did break 2 small glasses, that was our fault. However, the outside shower was also broken but this was not our fault - the shower was fairly light and we came down one morning and it was on its side (obviously fell over during the night) and in falling over it had snapped in half. Thought I'd better let you know - we had a" - August 2008
