This stunning 2 bed, 2 bath townhouse is superbly located on the La Torre Resort, Mar Menor. It is just 10 minutes walk to the restaurants and shops, and have uninterupted views across the fairway and lake (front line golf).
The townhouse itself is built on 3 levels, with the lower level having and ensuite twin room, fully equipped kitchen and lovely lounge, with patio doors leading to a terrace. The upper floor has a further ensuite double bedroom, again with patio doors out to an upper terrace. There is also a further floor which is totally dedicted to the roof terrace, with superb views.
There is a master double bedroom upper floor, twin room lower floor, and a double airbed for the 5/6 person.
The Townhouse is airconditioned with satelite TV.
The beaches of the Mar Menor are just 15 minutes drive, and Murcia airport is very close at 20 minutes (22KM) drive also. Many onsite facilities, pools, restaurants, supermarket, tennis courts..
The resort is ideally located with many places of interest to visit, close to the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor with miles of sandy beaches famous for a wide variety of water sports, 20 mins to new aqua park, a short drive to the historic city of Murcia, a choice of new shopping malls, plus loads of outdoor activities, horse riding, hiking and cycling to name but a few.
15 mins from San Javier airport. 60 mins from Alicante airport. 20 mins from Murcia City.
While staying in this property you will have unlimited use of not only La Torre’s 18 hole golf course, but the golf courses on all the other Polaris resorts, all in close proximity, with courtesy buses running between the resorts. The Club house has a pro shop and bar/ restaurant with terraces overlooking the driving range, entertaining even if not a golfer.
There are 14 swimming pools, 1 of which are very close to the Townhouse, as are the tennis courts.

Your advice was perfect - La Torre was ideal for us and the kids. The apartment was lovely and we'd definitely go back. I was really surprised by how peaceful the place was - my big reservation was that I thought that it would be really noisy and I couldn't have been more wrong. The beaches down at Calblanque were perfect too - such a surprise to find an undeveloped bit of Spanish coast.
