Plaza Cadiz is a two bedroom townhouse situated in a quiet location in Punta Lara with communal swimming pool. It is less than a 15 minute walk to the beach and approximately five minutes drive by car or bus or twenty five minutes walk along the beach or path to Nerja town centre.
Punta Lara village and urbanization is located just west of the town centre of Nerja. The beach is no more than a few minutes walk where you will find bars and chiringuitos scattered along the beach front. You can also stroll along the beach if you wish to go into Nerja or alternatively take the local bus or taxi.
On the upper level there is an open plan lounge and dining area with patio doors and Juliet balconies and is equipped with satellite television with freeview channels, dvd, video an stereo. Staircase to the roof terrace. The dining area has seating for four persons. The kitchen is also on the upper level and open plan to lounge and equipped with fridge, freezer, electric oven and hob, washing machine and microwave. Cloakroom with w.c. and w.h.b.
The master bedroom is on the entry level with a double bed. Bedroom two has twin beds. The bathroom is on this level with bath and overhead shower, w.c., and w.h.b.
Outside is a communal swimming pool. the property has a roof terrace with awning and outside shower. There is a patio table and four chairs, four sunbeds and barbeque (gas). Excellent views to the sea, mountains and towards Nerja.
There is on street parking or private garage parking (optional @ 30 euros per week).
The property has the benefit of air conditioning in the lounge and dining area, safe, heaters and free standing fans throughout the property.
There is courtyard (shared with one other property) at the entry to the property. This townhouse on two levels (approached by approx 30 steps).
No smoking within the property.

Punta Lara and Tropicana sit on the hillside overlooking the Mediterranean sea and the mountains of the Sierras.
Nerja centre is just a few minutes by bus or taxi, alternatively a 25 minute walk either by the well lit path or by the beach passing beach bars and chiringuitos scattered along the way.
Punta Lara and Tropicana offers a good range of accommodation from apartments to villas. With an attractive setting of gardens, narrow streets, footpaths and two great communal swimming pools, Punta Lara is an excellent alternative to the busier town centre of Nerja.
