This stunning Mar Menor Beach Resort " Nueva Ribera Beach Resort" is expected to receive the 5* status upon completion. The location is second to none, being beach front. Step out of your apartment onto the beach literally (100 yards). The restaurants and shops of the beautiful unspoilt town of Los Alcazares are all within walking distance (10 -30 minutes) with 8 tapas bars on route.
These luxurious apartments, built to a very high standard with polished marble floors, vanity units in bathrooms, and fully modern integrated kitchens, combined with terraces with wooden pagodas and lush green gardens lined with palm trees, makes this a real pleasurable place to frequent. The apartments themselves are built around the shared pool. There is underground secure parking, although you may not need your car during our stay as you can walk to the beaches, restaurants and shops.

Set with in the historic province of Murcia, with its city lined with designer boutiques and unique one-off shops, and the historic naval port of Cartagena is just 20 km.
The land adjacent to the beach and surrounding the complex is awaiting landscaping.

Excellentes vacances dans une belle région ou le soleil est toujours présent (nous en sommes tellement privés chez nous).
Los alcazares est une ville trés sympa,animée le soir (restaurants variés et typiques).
La résidence respire l'ambiance chaude du sud avec ses couleurs ocres et ses palmiers.
Enfin ,l'appartement est agencé avec beaucoup de gout (belle déco !),trés fonctionnel et " - PASCALE JUNE 08
