Offering spacious and flexible luxury 4 star accommodation, Oaktree sleeps two, however, this can be extended to 4 by literally opening the door to an optional second bedroom. Heavenly! Enjoying the most spectacular panoramic views of Dartmoor, and surrounding South Hams rolling countryside (a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty), and yet within easy reach of all town amenties. The property also boasts six quality coarse fishing lakes for guests to fish at their leisure.

The landscape unfolding in front of you takes in the rolling undulating hills of the South Hams with the majestic heights of Dartmoor and her tors balanced in the distance. Watching the sunset over this glorious scene literally takes your breath away!
Although set in a beautiful rural location, a heavenly oasis of 42 acres of woodland and pasture, reached by a half mile private track, local amenties are only 2 miles away and a 15th Century Old Devon Longhouse serving good pub food is just 0.5 miles away - a few minutes walk away from the members only lesiure centre featuring indoor heated swimming pool, learner pool, sauna, steam room and gym. All of our guests become members of this facility and have free unlimted access throughout their stay.
We offer you the chance to taste some of the delicious local Devon produce on your arrival, by pre-selecting a personalised hamper. Our 'Taste of Devon' scheme gives you the opportunity to sample of some of the regions favourite foods & beverages.
The garden field has three brick built BBQs and ample seating for alfresco eating, the children can occupy themselves in the two outdoor play areas with trampoline, many ball sports, swings and slides.
Oaktree noramlly sleeps a couple but can sleep a family of four. One master king-size double (twin of required) with a beautiful contemporay bathroom with a shower/bath upstairs. Downstairs shower room with wc, kitchen, lounge/diner with very comfortable seating for four and patio door leading out onto garden area. All furnishings are coordinated beautifully throughout with some stunning pieces of Art adorning the walls produced from images taken on the farm. A second bedroom (a double) can be opened up to create a two bedroom cottage, thus sleeping four.
