Princesa Ico is a delightful little complex of just 16 one bedroom "Chalet type" apartments. Clients have full use of the facilities of Club Oceano which is just across the road.
This is a delightful little complex known for its tranquil setting, The apartment benefits from a south facing, sunny patio or balcony and a view overlooking the pool. The apartment is suitable for two adults and a child up to 12 years old. It is opposite the Club Oceano and under the same management.
The accommodation comprises of a twin bedded bedroom ( beds can be made into a double on request) with en-suite bathroom which has no bath but a big, walk-in shower. A large sofa bed is available in the living area which is suitable for a child up to the age of 12.
There is an open plan, modern kitchen area equipped with oven, grill, hob, fridge,kettle and toaster and also a breakfast bar. There is also an iron and ironing board in each apartment. Towels and bed linen are supplied together with an excellent maid service.
