Alvomar Apartments situated in the village of Alvor about a seven minute walk from one the old cobbled streets and one of the Algarve´s best beaches. Portimão and Lagos are nearby. We have both one and two bedroom apartments available.
Situated in the popular resort of Alvor and about 7 minutes walk to the old town and beach. The apartments have a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave, balcony, seaview, safety box, cable tv, direct phone and air conditioning.
A very nice atrium is in the middle of the complex with the apartments on four sides. This is a very well kept complex. 24 hours reception, bar near reception, cards room, heated swimmingpool with salt water ( no chemicals ), infant´s pool, snack-bar near pool, sun terraces, children"s play-ground, snooker and games room, Internet facilities and pleaseant gardens.

Local activities in and around Alvor, Western Algarve
The village of Alvor sits in a sheltered estuary, midway along the curving coastline of the Bay of Lagos. It was founded well before the time of Christ and probably used by seafaring Carthaginians. It is now a haven for local fishermen and, even more so, for holidaymakers, who mingle in the narrow streets leading down to a big, beautiful beach.
All around Alvor is being modernised. There are fine hotels and new complexes. The promenade along the front of the village is new, too, but it adds to the charm of the old village.
