Villa IRENA is composed of 5 separate apartment units each accomodating 4 people in total. An additional person could be accomodated with an extra charge of 15EURO per day. Each one of these apartments has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a bidet, balcony+terrace with a direct view toward the sea, ac, sat-tv are included as well. Villa is located 8km from the airport and only 350m from the beach.
However it is NOT located on the air corridor. Villa offers its quests usage of outdoor swimming pool with a jacuzzi and also there is a private tennis court available for usage. Furthermore quests can enjoy their time in our specious Mediterranean garden surrounded by olive and lemon trees and other mediterranean plants. The villa is an ideal place for couples, families or larger groups as has the total capacity of 22 people.
News : Two brand new apartments will be added 3bedroom and 1 bedroom one located on the third floor. Also a new outdoor fitness is scheduled.
The area around swimming pool provides a wonderful view towards Trogir port and nearby main island Ciovo. It is surronded by more than 20 different mediterranean plants i.e lemons, figes, oranges, olives, lavandulas, etc. Our garden has been weekly mainted by our hard working gardner Lovre. The garden has been run by the automated water system which is turned on every 4 hours. The whole villa property is 2500 acres.
It is a great place to just relax around the swimming pool spend time reading or just spend time swimming and tanning. Our tennis court has been built during the year 2005. It is made of clay and provides an authentic tennis experience. Goran Ivanisevic was our lovely quest during the summer 2006. There are two separate toillets available for usage.
On top of the tennis court there is a grill house available for our quests usage. The new fitness center will provide quests possibility to stay in shape while being on holiday. It will be equipped by different stepers, rowing machine, bicycles, free weights, nautilus program.

Just a quick note to say Hvala. We had a wonderful time in Croatia. The Croatian people are so welcoming and humble. We loved Trogir and Hvar; although we had an adventure as we were stranded in Hvar Town on a Sunday because we missed the last ferry but Stari Grad took us in and it was an experience to say the least! We missed seeing the Krka National Park and Salona but this is all the more reason to come back.

"A real home from home without the rain. A lovely villa and welcoming hosts Irene & Mark. We hit the S.Europe heat wave whilst in the Uk suffered record levels of flooding. An afternoon siesta highly recommended in these temps. The pool a welcome opportunity to cool down.
The taxi-boat from the nearby Medena hotel is by far the route into Trogir-remember it breaks-the afternoona and restarts early evening.
