This luxury villa is situated on the exclusive Fuerteventura Golf resort and enjoys an enviable first line position. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and lounge/dining area with satellite TV/DVD/CD. Patio doors lead to a beautiful terrace and garden and the private heated pool (8x3.6m) with Roman steps. Exterior steps of the villa lead to an amazing roof terrace with views of the moutains and out to sea.

This new, luxury villa enjoys a quiet and peaceful location on the exclusive Fuerteventura Golf Resort and yet is a short walk to all local amenites and lovely sandy beach. The villa is furnished to a high standard throughout. The master bedroom has a 5 foot double bed, built-in wardrobes and chest of drawers. A fully tiled luxury en-suite bathroom leads from the master bedroom. Two further bedrooms are furnished with twin beds and both have fitted wardrobes. The family bathroom is fully tiled with bath/shower/wc and bidet. All bedrooms have floor standing fans and mosquito nets at the windows.
There is a separate well-equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, iron and ironing board for your convenience.
A light and spacious lounge/dining area boasts 2 comfortable leather sofas and a solid oak dining table with 6 chairs. For entertainment we have satellite TV/DVD/CD and a selection of DVDs for adults and children to enjoy. This room has two sets of patio doors that lead to the outside terrace and garden with the private heated pool (8x3.6m). There are comfortable sun loungers and outside dining furniture and BBQ.
Exterior steps at the side of the villa lead to a beautiful rof terrace with shower. There are lovely views to the sea, across the golf course and up to the mountains.

Local activities in and around Caleta De Fuste, Fuerteventura
Watersports including jet skis for hire, snorkelling, windsurfing, catamaran trips and fishing can be found in El Castillo port in the centre of Caleta De Fuste. Kite board enthusiasts will find excellent conditions a little further north or south of Caleta, easily accessible by car.
The nearest golden sandy beach is only 10 minutes walk from the villa with safe swimming for children and all amenities.
The nearest shopping area is again, only 10 minutes walk. There is a supermarket, bank, cinema, bowling alley, bars and restaurants.
For more extensive and designer shopping there is a new shopping centre in Puerto del Rosario only 20 minutes away by car or bus. The newly opened Shearton Hotel Resort and Spa is only 10 minutes walk.
The Golf Club is located in Elba Palace Golf Hotel. There is an excellent restaurant and bar and golf can be arranged from here at very reasonble prices.
A car is recommneded if you would like to explore further afield. The wide stretches of golden sand at Jandia are a must and if you like finding your own private sandy cove, explore the north of the isand around El Cotillo, about 40-50 minutes drive.
