A lovely 1 bed apartment with separate sitting room and separate kitchen. Bath and shower, garden with furniture and BBQ area, all Mod. Cons. TV, Video, 4 ring oven cooker, washer/dryer. Sitting room has a large bed settee (double) and very comfortable couch, the large master bedroom has a double and a single bed and is decorated in the French style giving all the comforts of home. 25b comfortably sleeps 4-5 people.
The house is a 5 minute walk to the Main Street and market area which opens daily from 8am-1pm. There is also a supermarket next to market. It’s a 5-10minute walk to a choice of beaches e.g. Cote Basque, the famous surfing beach and Grande Plage is just a stroll away. The area is a quiet residential area with parks a 3 minute walk away ideal for children.
High Season: June, July, August, September 2007, and October 2007. Low Season: January, February, March, April, November and December.
