Petit Capoulun is a delightful Quercy stone house, situated in a peaceful position at the end of a tiny lane and has wonderful views. The house has been lovingly renovated and is well furnished. It is close to the vinyard of Vin du Tsar where guests can taste and buy good wine at very reasonable prices. Tournon d'Agenais is just 4kms and has a range of local shops, restaurants and a leisure lake. Nearest main towns: Fumel, Villeneuve-sur-Lot & Cahors - 20 -30 minutes.

Accommodation: The front stone staircase enters into the sitting room that has a central fireplace, tv and a corner bar with additional fridge and a small sink. On this floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom that has a bath with shower over and basin. Separate wc.
On the lower floor there is a large dining room with French doors to the rear terrace. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave and a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher.
There are two double bedrooms on this floor. One has an additional single fold up bed and the second has an additional double convertible sofa. There is also a shower-room with wc and basin. The washing machine is in the shower-room.
The pool is situated in full sunshine, is fully tiled with lots of leisure furniture and has a large covered terrace at the rear

Nearest main towns Fumel & Villeneuve-sur-Lot The principal cities are Toulouse and Bordeaux. Between these two are major towns including: Fumel: Named after Françoise de Fumel, once captain of the kings guard and Catherine de'Medici's ambassador to Constantinople, it has a good range of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and a cinema. Villeneuve-sur-Lot: A powerful bastide on the banks of the Lot river. Founded in 1264 it has preserved a large quantity of small streets and half-timbered buildings. Close by is a superb 18 hole golf course. Tournon d'Agenais: Pretty Royal bastide village from 1271 and on the route of St Jaques de Compostella with a lovely square and belfry tower superb views, leisure lake, restaurants, small supermarket and seasonal market Penne d'Agenais: Penn means hill crest in Celtic and this lovely restored 'arty ' village once had a castle built by Richard Coeur de Lion and has an interesting basilica, lovely views over the Lot river, restaurants and many artisans.
Walibi Aquitaine, located just a few kilometres away from Agen, Walibi Aquitaine nestles in over 30 hecatres of lush greenery, and is watched over by a genuine 18th Century castle. A world filled with pleasure, with its numerous rides, spectacular shows and special events that succeed each other at a relentless pace, where everyone will spend an unforgettable day out where strong emotions, thrills, laughter and enjoyment all intermingle! Situated northwest of Agen on the A62. Open 7 days a week from the middle of June through to the end of August, and at weekends outside this time. Children (3-11 yrs)
Five ropes courses in the trees, starting at the green and blue courses for small children, and progressing in difficulty through white, red and black courses. Harnesses and instruction are included. If you are not interested in climbing, there is also mini-golf to enjoy, a small farm and the snail museum. Take a picnic and make a day of it. Situated at Lacapelle-Biron on the D420, north-west of Fumel. Open every day 0900 to 2000 during July and August, and at weekends at other times.
Rental Notes: Only Saturday to Saturday bookings are accepted during PEAK and HIGH seasons. Customers must ensure that they do not arrive at the property until after 4pm on the day of arrival and they must depart before 10am on the day of departure.
