The large, spacious Family Room has a beautiful leather suite, a 32” TV with over 80 cable channels, a DVD/VCR player and a CD player. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for that special meal or just a light snack, and you can choose to eat in the breakfast area which looks straight out to the pool, in the separate dining room or outside under the shaded lanai
Outside by the sparkling-clear pool, you and your family can splash around, laze out in the warm Florida sunshine, or sit in the bubbling spa that cascades a waterfall into the main pool, and soothe away the day’s excitement at the parks. The pool area is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it.
The sleeping accommodation includes a downstairs Master bedroom suite, complete with a Four Poster King size bed, large TV and DVD player, large walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom, which has a walk-in shower and a large corner bath. A further Queen sized bedroom with a TV and separate bathroom is also on the ground floor. Upstairs there are a further 3 bedrooms - one with a Queen sized bed with an en-suite bathroom. The last 2 bedrooms offer Twin beds in each and share a Family Bathroom. All bedrooms have large closets, cable TV and there are Playstations with games in two of the bedrooms. Finally, the sofa in the Family Room can be converted into a comfortable Queen Sized sleeper, if required.

Champions Gate Golf Course offers a 36 hole layout designed by Greg Norman. The National course is a traditional American style layout carved out of 200 acres of citrus groves. The International course is a links style layout with fast playing surfaces typical of the traditional links courses of the British Isles and Ireland. The David Leadbetter Golf Academy is headquartered here.

Kennedy Space Center.
Only 60 minutes away and well worth a visit. Organised tours available -pay at entrance. A good day trip is to visit Cocoa Beach (next to the center) in the morning and after a beachside lunch visit the Space Center
