New Mercadona supermarket literally only a 2 minute walk away and a multitude of bars and retaurants within a few minutes leasurely walk.
The nearest beach with its own restaurant is a 10 minute walk from the main parade and the nearest golf course, Villamartin with its renowned plaza, is less than a 10 minute drive.
The apartment is approximately mid way between Murcia and Alicante airports if you want to find it on a map (slightly nearer Murcia) on the border between Torrevieja and the Orihuela Costa on the Costa Blanca.
This lovely unique complex with its moorish design is a gated community with no vehicle traffic inside creating a safe environment and giving you peace of mind for your children to wander. Ample parking is situated off road on all sides of the community and the communal pool area is itself gated inside the complex.
The apartment benefits from a large roof terrace catching the suns rays all day and has loungers and chairs provided.
There is also a balcony leading off the lounge area with table and chairs for you to enjoy outside meals, your morning coffee and of course that all important glass of wine in the evening. This area can be illuminated by 4 discreetly positioned wall lights.
Two 2 seater sofas are situated in the lounge, one of which converts into a bed for the larger party. Satellite television with UK stations and Sky channels is included.
The well equipped galley kitchen has granite work surfaces and essential appliances.
Both the main and en-suite bathrooms are fully tiled and feature large mirrors.
Air conditioning which also provides heating if visiting during the winter months is located in the lounge/dining area and in the master bedroom.
For your added security there is an alarm system which is voice linked direct to a monitoring station.
Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with drawers inside and the master has an additional chest of drawers. Both rooms have bedside tables with lamps.

Being situated on the first floor there are a number of steps.
Local activities in and around Punta Prima, Costa Blanca - Alicante
Shopping: Torrevieja has a large Friday market (largest on the Costa Blanca) with more than 1000 stalls and the Habeneras shopping centre next to a large Carrefour Hypermarket. A smaller craft market exists most of the time on the promenade near the marina.
Historic towns: Cartegena, Murcia, Orihuela and Alicante are all within an easy drive.
Beaches: Too numerous to mention from small to seemingly never ending. A different beach every day of the week is possible from a 15-20 walk to within about a 15 minute drive.
Restaurants: many within an easy walk including chinese, italian and german and many, many more within a 10 minute drive, we estimated about 80 and thats excluding the main town of Torrevieja. We recommend at least one evening at Villamartin Plaza.
Nature reserve: the large salt lakes which is still a significant industry have been designated a nature reserve. Good for bird watchers or for a walk.
Go Karts: about a 20 minute walk
Water Park: Good for the kids, drive there in about 10 minutes. Close to the Haberneras shopping centre in Torrevieja.
Disco: Held in the nearby Torrehoven hotel
Golf: Villamartin is the nearest and probably best known and only 10 minutes away. Others within a 20 minute drive include Campoamour, Las Ramblas and La Finca.

The apartment is situated only a few hundred metres off the N332 coast road from Alicante or alternatively there is a motorway nearby.

Rental Notes: We are quite relaxed about your occupation time, however, when other guests depart/arrive on your travel days then arrival is 16.00 and departure 10.00.
A cleaning bill of 50 Euro must be paid to the keyholder on arrival.
Transfers to and from the airport can be arranged from Alicante for 70 Euro return trip or 55 Euro for Murcia. We do recommend, however, a car to get the most enjoyment from your visit although there is a bus service to Torrevieja.

A £70 deposit is paid to secure the booking and the balance is due 6 weeks before departure.
An £80 refundable deposit against breakages/lost keys etc. is paid with the balance.
