The spacious living room has table and chairs for six persons, comfortable sofas and satellite tv with english channels. Great sun exposure, south facing with pool and garden view from the lounge.

- Changeoverday: Flexible from 16 / 30 Sep until June. Saturday from July until 1 / 15 September.
- Arrival hour is any time from 3.00 pm and departure hour is before 10.00 am.
- 40% deposit required for booking the property (not refundable). Balance is a deposit of 60%, to be paid six weeks before your arrival.
- Security cheque of 500€ or 350£ is required for security breakage of the apartment. This must be paid on arrival in cheque and will be refunded on departure providing no damage occured.
- Cancellation: The booking deposit cannot be refunded. The balance will be refunded if cancellation is made 5 weeks before your arrival.
