The townhouse has a superb roof top solarium for al fresco dining, 3 futher terraces & a large communal swimming pool for residents only. The complex is completely sheltered with access controlled security & under ground parking.
Los Flamingos boasts 3 superb 18 hole par 72 golf courses and one 9 hole course which have been carefully designed by Antonio Garcia Garrido & built to enhance the beauty of it's surroundings. There is a Driving Range, Club House, numerous restaurants & a gym. Puerto Banus is 10 minutes drive away with its many restaurants, designer shops, casino & nightclubs. You can enjoy suntrap beaches, crystal clear seas, all within minutes of Bel Air Platinum.
Andalucia is renowned for its top golf courses & the unique sunny & warm winter climate allows golf to be popular all year round. There are nearly 60 golf courses in Andalucia. Local activities in and around Puerto Banus, Costa del Sol - Malaga
It is 1 km to San Pedro which is a typically spainish town with lots of lovely restaurants, bodegas, shops etc. The famous Marnia at Puerto Banus & cosmopolitan Marbella with its cobbled streets & Orange Square are within a 10 minute drive. Beautiful Ronda nestling amongst the Sierra Blanca mountains with the oldest Bullring in Spain is reached easily within 45 minutes. Benhavis 12km, Spainish Equestrian Centre 8km.
The Bel Air Platinum is 15 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive to the local beaches.
Rental Notes: The Easter period is at a cost of £1,300 per week and I would also accept bookings for minimum of 3 nights or more. £100 deposit is required to secure your reservation. The balance is payable 10 weeks prior to departure.
Linen and towels are all provided, Beach towels are not provided, please make sure you bring your own. Highchair and cot hire are available upon request at an extra cost per week for both. Pre-book a grocery pack for £25. Your accomodation will be cleaned prior to your arrival with a change of towels and bed linen. For stays of 10 nights or more a second clean of linen will be arranged. Extra cleaning can be arranged in advanced and will be charged for in resort. This can be paid in the UK or locally.
Any change over date is accepted and we will acoomodate you whatever time you wish to arrive and depart the accomodation. I will accept bookings for any time periods.
